Brazão, initially nurtured at Cruzeiro, has experienced football in Italy, Spain, and with Brazil’s national team. He comes to Santos aiming to challenge João Paulo for the main goalkeeper position. Despite his international experience, Brazão has participated in only 11 professional matches.

Inter Milan concluded Brazão’s contract, originally set until June 2025, enabling Santos to acquire him at no cost. However, Inter retains a share in Brazão’s rights, potentially profiting from future sales. Inter Milan owns the remaining 40% of Gabriel Brazão’s rights, as Santos secured 60% ownership.

The signing occurred this Tuesday, and Brazão is now anticipated to start training with Santos’ squad, under the guidance of coach Fábio Carille.

Alongside Brazão, Santos has secured 13 other players for the team, including notable talents like Gil, Giuliano, Pedrinho, Marcelinho, Hayner, Jorge, Aderlan, João Schmidt, Cazares, Otero, Diego Pituca, Willian Bigode, and Guilherme.
