Paulinho in management?

Meanwhile, he is seriously considering transitioning into football management, a field he has started to explore through recent educational courses, including one in football leadership and management offered by the São Paulo Football Federation (FPF).

Reflecting on his potential career shift, Paulinho revealed a deep-seated curiosity about management, influenced by his educational pursuits and professional network.

“The field of management has always intrigued me,” he said in a recent interview. “The more I learn and interact with seasoned professionals, the more I see it as a viable path forward.”

Paulinho’s interest in management was further nurtured during a recent trip to Europe, where he spent two weeks with Thiago Scuro, the CEO of Monaco and a noted Brazilian executive.
