During the Champions League quarter-final first leg between Paris Saint-Germain and FC Barcelona, Brazilian winger Raphinha was one of the great architects of the Blaugranas’ victory. Author of two goals, he made the Parisian defense suffer throughout the match.
With his explosiveness and speed, Raphinha constantly endangered the PSG backline. On the first goal, he took advantage of a chance outing from Gianluigi Donnarumma to push the ball into the back of the net. Then in the second half, he scored a superb pivot goal, concluding a brilliant opening from Pedri.

Supported by a very involved Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha wreaked havoc. His association with the Pole was one of Barca’s strong points, with the Brazilian benefiting from his teammate’s excellent calls to infiltrate spaces. Defensively, PSG was unable to find a solution to contain it.
