Após achar caro, Neymar desiste de mansão de R$ 220 milhões e compra terreno de R$ 20 milhões no Rio de Janeiro.

Although attracted by the space and prime location of this English-style residence, the player judged that the significant renovation work needed made the investment too high.
Built in 1986, this impressive property spans 4,000 m² and includes 6 suites, 18 bathrooms, 15 garage spaces, lounges, a dining room, a library, a sauna, a recreation area with a barbecue, and a semi-Olympic swimming pool. The icing on the cake, it is equipped with the only private heliport in Rio de Janeiro, certified until 2032 by the civil aviation.
After giving up on this extraordinary home, Neymar turned to the Condomínio Jardim Pernambuco, in the upscale neighborhood of Alto Leblon. He chose one of the last available plots on this highly secure street, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and the Christ the Redeemer. A dream location where he won’t have to worry about other constructions disturbing his peace.
Before deciding on this plot, Neymar also visited three other properties in the same condominium, but none appealed to him as much. The prospect of being able to build his own custom-made home finally convinced him.
