According to sports news source Calciomercato, Juventus has reached an understanding with the Brazilian club Palmeiras for their robust 19-year-old defender Pedro Felipe. Felipe, who began his football journey at Vitoria and then shifted to Palmeiras last March, has been honing his skills in their U20 squad.

Scouts from the Brazilian national team have been monitoring Felipe’s progress, with potential inclusion in one of Brazil’s youth teams being considered.

Initially, Felipe will join Juventus on a loan arrangement. However, Juventus retains the option to make his transfer permanent for a fee of 2 million euros, along with additional performance-related bonuses.

Felipe is slated to become part of Juventus’ Next Gen team, managed by Massimo Brambilla. This team is currently striving to avoid relegation and retain their position in Serie C for the upcoming season.
