On Tuesday, it came to light that the assailants gained entry to the condominium with the help of a resident. Once inside, they bound Ms. Biancardi’s parents, ensuring their safety, and made off with a collection of luxurious possessions.
Ms. Biancardi took to Instagram to express gratitude for the outpouring of support and to set the record straight. She clarified that the incident was a material theft, assuring that the authorities are actively involved in resolving the matter. In her words,
“Thank you for all the messages of affection. I will clarify some points about what happened yesterday, thereby quashing the spread of false information”
Contrary to initial speculations of a kidnapping plot targeting Biancardi and Neymar’s newborn, CCTV footage showcased the arrival of three individuals by car. The Municipal Civil Guard confirmed the arrest of the individual who facilitated their entry.
