Guimarães also reflected on the warm and enthusiastic welcome from Newcastle fans, stating, "They have been amazing with me, with my wife, with my dad, with my mum, with everyone. Every match they sing my name, every time." This support, he noted, has greatly boosted his confidence on the field.

Highlighting a personal aspect of his life, Guimarães mentioned that his teammate Joelinton, whom he considers akin to a brother, was the best man at his wedding. Joelinton"s support was crucial, especially when Guimarães faced language barriers, as he admitted, "When I started [at Newcastle] I couldn’t speak one word [of English]… I would [only] say daddy, mum."

Newcastle United, now ninth in the league and just two points behind Manchester United, is gearing up for their next Premier League challenge against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. Guimarães’ role in this upcoming match will be critical as the team continues to climb the league table.
