Despite interest from European clubs, including some from Portugal eyeing talents like Murilo and Veiga, Ferreira made it clear: no players will leave unless their release clauses are met. “Sales are closed,” he declared, signaling an end to player exits.
This week, Palmeiras finalized Luan’s transfer to Toluca in Mexico and Luis Guilherme’s move to West Ham in England. The club also welcomed Felipe Anderson and is close to announcing Agustín Giay from San Lorenzo.
