Jesé’s Football Journey

Jesé Rodríguez began his career at Real Madrid, staying until 2016. During his time there, he contributed to two Champions League titles and three Spanish Championship victories. In total, he made 94 appearances over five seasons.

He later moved to PSG but had limited playing time, with only 18 matches, and was loaned to other clubs. Spanish press reported that Jesé earned a monthly salary of 420 thousand euros in France.

In 2021, he played for Las Palmas in Spain and Ankaragücü in Turkey. In the previous season, Jesé joined Sampdoria in the Italian Championship, where the team was relegated four rounds before the end of the season, making 11 appearances and scoring one goal.

Reinforcement for Coritiba

Jesé Rodríguez’s arrival at Coritiba aims to strengthen the team for the Brazilian Championship. The club confirmed this on social media. He joins other foreign players like Algerian striker Slimani and Greek midfielder Samaris in bolstering Coritiba’s roster.

Coritiba, currently at the bottom of the Brasileirão, has until September 15th to register new players who aren’t affiliated with other teams, with the option to make up to eight changes to its player list for the Brasileirão.
