Vitor Hugo Roque Ferreira, known as Vitor Roque, was born on February 28, 2005, in Timóteo, Minas Gerais. He started his football journey at ten with América Mineiro’s youth team before moving to Cruzeiro’s youth setup in March 2019, amidst legal challenges over his transfer.

Professional Career

Cruzeiro

Roque signed his first professional contract with Cruzeiro in May 2021 and debuted in October 2021 against Botafogo in Série B. His first professional goal came in February 2022, showcasing his potential as a forward.

Athletico Paranaense

In April 2022, Roque transferred to Athletico Paranaense, setting a club record with a R$ 24 million fee. He scored his first goal for the club in May 2022 and finished the season with 13 goals across all competitions.

Barcelona

Roque moved to Barcelona in January 2024, with a contract until the 2030–31 season. He made his La Liga debut in January 2024 and scored his first goal for the club later that month.

International Career

Roque was called up to the Brazil national team in March 2023 and made his debut against Morocco.
