Initially, Luís struggled with on-field positioning during training. With guidance from his coaching staff, he quickly adapted, enhancing his ability to observe and provide feedback.
He collaborates closely with his assistant, Ivan, a former coach at Barcelona. Together, they’ve developed a game model that the team has rapidly adopted, supported by targeted training and effective video analysis.
