The Copa America 2024 is now on countdown: on Thursday, with the match between Argentina and Canada, the tournament begins, which will be played until July 14 in the United States.

According to their statistics, the team with the highest chances of winning is Argentina. The defender of this title, won in 2021 after defeating Brazil at the Maracana, the team led by Lionel Scaloni also comes as the World Cup champions in Qatar 2022 and in the first place of the South American Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

According to their prediction, Argentina is the team with the highest chances of winning the Copa America 2024, followed by Brazil and Uruguay. In fourth place, however, they place the host United States, and then Colombia and Mexico.
On the contrary, according to this analysis from Opta, Bolivia is the team with the least probability of becoming champion. They are followed, from the bottom up, by Jamaica, Panama, Costa Rica, Canada, and Paraguay.
Favorites to be top scorer of the Copa America
As for who will be the top scorer of the tournament, they favor Lionel Messi. The star scored two goals in Argentina’s last friendly against Guatemala.
In second place appears Vini, considered one of the best and most decisive strikers currently. Following him, in order, are the Uruguayan Darwin Núñez, the Argentinian Julián Álvarez, and, on the same level, Brazilian Rodrygo and Argentinian Lautaro Martínez.
