Cristiano Ronaldo and the Island of the Rich

Cristiano Ronaldo has purchased a plot of land on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai, known as the Island of the Rich. The land is valued at 25 million euros, and only 15 people have managed to acquire a space on the island so far.

The project is for the construction of a mansion by the end of this year. The island is located 8 km from downtown Dubai and was artificially constructed by the government. It is an exclusive and intimate space, featuring high-end restaurants, yacht clubs, five-star hotels, and gyms.

Other Players with Mansions Around the World

Other football players also own luxurious mansions. For example, Mbappé has a penthouse with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Mbappé’s 600 m² penthouse is valued at R$ 19 million, but he rents it for R$ 164,000 per month.

Another athlete with a breathtaking mansion is the Brazilian Neymar. His mansion is located in Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro. The property includes a tennis court, a football field, and even a go-kart track. Here’s an aerial view of the Brazilian star’s mansion:

Lionel Messi, the Argentine star, who is currently playing for Inter Miami, also made a significant real estate acquisition by purchasing a mansion in Bay Colony, Fort Lauderdale. The property covers 1600 m² and was purchased for about R$ 53 million. It even includes space for yacht docking. Here’s an aerial view of Messi’s mansion:

Playing for Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo has scored four hat-tricks this season. The player, who continues to make history and boost his numbers for the Portuguese national team at this Euro, is enjoying a good phase even at 39.
