Cássio turned 30 back in 2017. But rather than stepping back, he stepped up. He led Corinthians to the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A title that very year. He didn’t stop there. The São Paulo State Championships? They took those home in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

But his ambitions reached beyond club football—Cássio also starred in Brazil’s national team, battling on the world stage at the 2018 World Cup and playing a pivotal role in winning the 2019 Copa América.

Here’s a list of Cássio’s achievements after 2017:

Corinthians:

    • Campeonato Paulista: 2017, 2018, 2019
    • Campeonato Brasileiro Série A: 2017

Brazil:

    • Copa América: 2019

Individual:

    • Best Goalkeeper in Brazil: 2017, 2022
    • Campeonato Paulista Team of the Year: 2019, 2020
    • Craque da Galera do Campeonato Paulista (Fans’ Favorite Player of the Paulista Championship): 2019
    • Bola de Prata (Silver Ball): 2022
    • Best Goalkeeper in Copa do Brasil: 2022

Ten years and counting at Corinthians, Cássio isn’t just playing; he’s building a legacy. What’s next for him? More games, more saves, more titles—Cássio is not done yet. His agility, his instincts, they’re still as sharp as ever, promising thrilling performances for fans and fearsome challenges for opponents.
