The game opened with Roberto Firmino’s early goal at the 11th minute, set up by Douglas Costa’s assist from the right. Brazil doubled their lead through a Neymar penalty in the 43rd minute after Fabinho was brought down in the box.

The USA, under interim coach Dave Sarachan, struggled to penetrate Brazil’s defense and failed to convert possession into opportunities. Brazil’s win was widely praised as a reminder of their history in football, while the USA took away key lessons from the encounter.

Today, 12th June, Brazil seeks to repeat history at the Camping World Stadium Orlando, Florida at 7 p.m. (PT) and 8 p.m. (Brasília time). Can’t make it there? Here is how to watch the match from anywhere.
